明石市内で活動をしているバンドが出演。
今回の会場も、昨年に引き続き「あかし市民広場パピオスあかし２階」でした。

午前中は通常のリハをし、その後にステージとなりました。
イベント物でバスクラ使うのは面倒くさいです…
